Why are some seed sibling controls duplicated in my plate? I entered unique catalog numbers.
Experimental siRNAs may share a seed region, even when their entire design is unique, therefore they will also share the seed sibling controls. You have the option to remove the duplicated seed sibling siRNAs from the plate.
