Why are there multiple gene sets that contain the exact same shRNA constructs?
Since most shRNA are associated with multiple reference accessions (for multiple transcript variants of the same gene) our shRNA target gene set creation logic on our gene search will try and create a new target gene set for every reference accession number that is associated with the shRNA. Please review the oligo IDs of the individual clones in the set so that you do not purchase multiple target gene sets with exactly the same constructs.
