Where are the restriction sites in the Yeast ORF clones in the BG1805 vector?
Gateway recombinational cloning was used to clone the ORF into the vector but there are Bsrg1 sites that flank the ORF (bp2490 and bp2891).
The sequences immediately flanking the ORF are as follows:
5' - AGCTTTTT TGTACA AACTTGT ATG....ORF ACCACTT TGTACA AAGTGGT - 3'.
The two Bsrg1 sites are at TGTACA.
