What is the protocol for exponential wave electroporation?
There are fundamentally two types of decay patterns in electroporation, square wave and exponential wave. On newer machines you can often select which pattern you would like. On older machines square wave is usually not an option and it operates under exponential decay by default. Square wave decay allows for a more defined and precise delivery of the electricity and is a more contemporary development.
