What destination vectors should I use for ORFeome Collaboration clones without stop codon?
The destination vectors that would be suitable for the ORFeome Collaboration clones without a stop codon should provide a C-terminal tag which usually has a stop codon. Examples of such vectors are pES-Dest 51 or pcDNA 3.2/V5-Dest.
Note: pCMV-Sport6 would not be a suitable destination vector since it does not provide a C-terminal tag.
