Can the TurboGFP be removed from the GIPZ vector?

The below feature locations are based on the pGIPZ (with hairpin) map and the ability to remove the TurboGFP alone does NOT improve if using the pGIPZ empty vector. Unique XbaI = 2707-2712 CMV promoter = 2738-3311 TurboGFP = 3390-4088 Unique NotI = 4099-4106 Unfortunately, there are no unique sites or even any that cut the vector two or even three times that lie between the CMV and the TurboGFP. Therefore, in order to replace TurboGFP in the vector the promoter will have to be replaced along with it.
